Regular Shipping

Estimated delivery within is 3-9 business days after the order is processed, excluding special orders. Regular shipping is not available outside of Canada.

International Shipping

All orders outside Canada are at the customer’s expense. Please contact us for availability and pricing. International shipping may be subject to local Customs and Brokerage Fees and are typically due at the time of delivery.  

Oversize Orders

Oversize orders are in store pick up. For other arrangements please call 403-931-2212.

 
Fragile Items

Glassware, dishes and liquid products are shipped at your own risk, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.

Shipping Disclaimer

Bar T5 Trailers & Tack uses Canada Post for all shipments. Should you require another method of shipping please contact us for availability and pricing at 403-931-2212. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and circumstances beyond our control (weather, lost or stolen packages, etc.). Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you as the customer are responsible for shipping charges to return an unwanted item.

Shipping rates on items (excluding saddles) are calculated based on the weight of items purchased. Saddles are subject to a $50.00 flat rate shipping fee.

Orders placed on items will typically be processed and shipped within one to four business days and are not included in the shipping times. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays
