Bar T5 Return & Exchange Policy
Bar T5 Tack & Trailers offers a 10-day money back and 30-day exchange / in-store credit guarantee. Items being returned must follow the guidelines below:
- Items must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and instructions attached
- To ensure that blankets and sheets remain clean we suggest putting a clean sheet on your horse/dog prior to our merchandise to test for sizing/fit.
- Original proof of purchase must be presented. We will not accept a return without a receipt under any circumstance.
- Items that are non-refundable include: feed, supplements, pharmaceuticals, bits, books, DVDs, special orders, sale items, and saddles after the end of the trial period. This is due to safety standards and other regulations.
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund or process the exchange.
If you have been sent an incorrect or defective item we must be contacted within 10 days of the receipt of the items. Bar T5 Tack and Trailers will cover the shipping cost once the item is received back in-store and it is confirmed that there was a mistake or defect. After 30 days, you must contact the original manufacturer in regards to any defective or damaged items.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you as the customer are responsible for shipping charges to return an unwanted item. Once the item is received in store it will be assessed for possible damage. If your return is approved, we will notify you and initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
**SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE** No returns or exchanges will be issued for these items.
Saddle Returns
Saddles must be paid in full prior to leaving the premise. Customers are entitled to a 5 day trial period. Please carefully inspect saddle upon its arrival to ensure that it is the saddle you ordered. While trying the saddle please make sure:
· a clean, dry saddle pad is used
· a pair of clean older jeans with no bling is worn to prevent marking the saddle
· to not ride out in the element in which watermarks may occur
A full refund will only be given on a saddle if there are no signs of marks, wear, dirt or use. A damage fee will be determined on saddles not returned in new condition. If a saddle is to be returned please ensure that proof of shipment is sent to store@bart5trailers.com prior to the end of the trial period. Saddles not returned within the 5 day trial period will be considered sold.
Warranty Inquiries
For any warranty concerns please contact us directly at 403-931-2212 or store@bart5trailers.com. Please include proof of purchase, pictures of the overall condition of the item, and pictures of the defect/damage as these are required in order to start the warranty claim. The manufacturer must be contacted directly for any warranty claims after 30 days from the original purchase date.
