Max 10 per order Colostrum is important to the health of the foal. The foal should have colostrum within the first 3 hours after birth, continuing for another 3 days. Use the following schedule for a 45-50 kg (100-110 lb) foal. Smaller foals should be fed reduced amounts. Mix Hoffman’s Foal milk replacer with warm water, 38°C (100°F), and feed according to the following schedule.
